Meet Our Leadership Team
Jeff Pepperney, President
Jeff Pepperney is the President of Real Property Management, part of the Neighborly Company brand family, the largest single-family-rental property management organization in North America. He joined Neighborly to lead RPM in 2019.
Jeff is a Certified Franchise Executive through the International Franchise Association with more than 20 years in executive leadership roles in franchise, financial, and consumer services. He has held leadership roles at Deutsch Bank, National City Bank, Cole National, and Sears Holdings Corporation. He currently serves on the Board of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
Jeff is an engaging leader bringing deep strategic and tactical experience and skills in managing large, complex, enterprise operations generating exemplary results, via team leadership, hands-on involvement, and an unwavering commitment to success.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Westminster College.
Tim Sedgwick, Vice President, Operations
Tim Sedgwick joined Real Property Management in 2012. In that time, he managed strategic alliances, and conference planning, led the National Accounts Department, and served as a business coach.
As Vice President of Operations, Tim leads the Franchise Business Coaches in providing the highest level of service possible to ensure franchise owner success and to further solidify the Real Property Management system as the industry’s best property management organization.
Tim received his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Business with an emphasis in Management.
Kent Frogley, Vice President, Marketing
Kent Frogley joined Real Property Management in 2018. He holds a graduate degree in marketing from Northwestern University.
His previous experience includes M&M Mars, working on their M&M’s and Snicker’s brands, General Mills on Total and Kix cereals, and Proctor & Gamble personal care products.
He was executive vice president of brand and global marketing for FranklinCovey. His marketing experience includes consumer package goods, professional services, higher education, management consulting, and non-profit leadership.
Stacy Brown, Senior Director, Training
Stacy Brown’s experience in the property management industry spans more than 30 years across multiple states, with areas of expertise that include single-family homes, multi-family communities, large apartment communities, community owners’ associations, and light industrial properties.
Stacy joined Real Property Management in 2012 as Director of Training. She develops and shapes the training platforms and continued education of our franchise owners and their teams. She has developed training courses and materials for the National Association of Residential Managers (NAPRM®) of which she is a member. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Community Associations Institute.
Eric Weeden, Director, Back Office
Eric Weeden is the manager of accounting services and director of RPM’s BackOffice program. He has more than 20 years of accounting experience. After graduating from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, he spent 11 years at Pattillo, Brown, & Hill specializing in governmental and corporate audit and individual tax. He worked at Baylor University as a Grant Administrator for eight years, then was promoted to Director of Finance for the grant-funded program, The Texas Hunger Initiative.
Along with the Executive Director, Eric grew the project from 1.5 staff members and an annual budget of $200,000 to more than 30 staff members and a $4.5 million budget. Eric made the transition to Neighborly in 2017, where he began as an Audit Manager before being promoted to Manager of Accounting Services and beginning his work with BackOffice. In this role, Eric works with a team of 19 associates to provide accounting and bookkeeping services to more than 185 BackOffice Clients.
Aaron Bracken, Vice President, Technology Strategy
Aaron Bracken joined Real Property Management in 2012. He has more than 20 years of experience providing technological innovation and efficiencies in the franchising industry. After graduating from Utah State University, Aaron spent 11 years running the IT dept for Chem-Dry and N-Hance franchising systems with a wide distribution of franchise units across dozens of countries.
Throughout his career, Aaron has been crucial in developing their internal systems and processes as well as working directly with the franchise units to make sure they operate efficiently with the tools needed to support and grow their business.
Mike Steward, Vice President, Real Estate Sales
Mike Steward joined Real Property Management in 2021 with more than 18 years of business ownership, including real estate, property management, and construction. He was President and COO of a Sotheby’s International Realty franchise, where he was also a founder and equity partner.
As Vice President of Real Estate Sales, Mike and his team help Real Property Management offices increase market share, grow door count, and reduce churn by utilizing in-house sales training and the proprietary Wealth Optimizer Portfolio tool to guide and inspire franchise owners on systems to grow their businesses.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama in human resources and marketing. Mike is a Certified Business and Life Coach in addition to being a multi-state licensed Real Estate Broker.
Debra Cohen, Vice President, Franchise Development
Debra Cohen joined Real Property Management’s Franchise Development Team in 2020 and was promoted to Team Lead in 2022. In that time, she has awarded more than 100 franchises to qualified candidates nationwide.
Prior to joining Real Property Management, Debra owned Home Remedies of NY, a contractor referral business that grew into a cottage industry nationwide. She has more than 30 years of experience helping entrepreneurs navigate business ownership in the real estate, property management, and construction space.
Debra graduated cum laude from Union College in New York with a BS in Psychology and Spanish. She and her husband Charles, live in New York and have two grown daughters, Emily and Sophie, and a son-in-law, Aaron.
